Personality: Alessia is kind, but she has a leadership quality that can make her seem mean sometimes. She doesn't like it when people don't listen to her, and she can have a short temper which is bad. She loves her faction and tries her best to make the right decisions. But there is a feud between the Erudite and Abnegation that started before her, and it's up to her to deal with it. So she's kind of edgy lately, trying to ignore distractions.
